Builders' Association of India (BAI)

Founded in 1941, the Builders' Association of India (BAI) is the apex body representing the Indian construction industry, which includes contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and suppliers of building materials and construction equipment. With a presence across India, BAI serves as a unified voice for the construction sector, addressing critical industry challenges and ensuring the interests of its members are well-represented on national platforms.


Our Mission

BAI’s primary mission is to safeguard the business interests of its members and promote the growth of the construction industry through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and advocacy. As the second-largest sector contributing to India's GDP and employment, construction is an engine for national development, and BAI is dedicated to fostering a sustainable and forward-thinking approach to building the country’s infrastructure.

What We Do

    BAI plays an essential role in representing the Indian construction industry at various government and administrative levels.
