Installation Ceremony of New Office Bearers 2024-2025 of BAI Pune Centre
The installation ceremony of new office bearers of Builder's Association of India Pune Centre(BAI) was held on Thursday 18th April 2024 at 6.30 pm at Residency Club, Pune. Chief Guest was Mr. Anand J. Gupta, All India BAI Vice President (West Zone), Guest of Honours were Mr. S N Reddy Immediate Past President BAI and Mr. Anil B. Sonawane BAI State Chairman - Maharashtra, they installed new office bearers Mr. Sunil Mate - Chairman, Mr. Ajay R. Gujar- Vice Chairman, Mr. Mahesh Maideo - Vice Chairman, Mr. Rajaram B. Hajare - Hon. Secretary and Mr. Shashikant K. Killedarpatil - Hon. Treasurer. Outgoing Chairman Mr. D. S. Chaudhari was also present on the occasion.
Mr. Anand J. Gupta expressed his happiness that he got an opportunity to be as Chief Guest at the birth place of BAI. Pune and West Zone has a big role and greater responsibility at National level. Paradigm shift is happening in our economy. BAI should be able to maintain in sync with the change. We should also interact more with different Government departments to highlight our issues, achievements and to continue channels of communication. Similarly, partnering with the Government and shouldering responsibility for various issues. Fresh ideas from members are welcomed and should be chalked out to take the association to greater heights in future. He also added that the construction industry is going through challenging phase due to the new regulations. BAI will ensure that the industry will not affect adversely.
Mr. S. N. Reddy, Immediate Past President – All India B.A.I, in his speech he took over all review of present Construction Industry and various problems faced. Special attention towards positive thinking and up gradation in all the fields is the need of today’s Construction Industry.
Mr. Anil Sonawane during his speech expressed that young generation need to learn new Technologies and Methods and they should visit ongoing sites to enhance their knowledge. He also talked about problems faced by contractor fraternity and correspondence being done with Government Departments to resolve those issues. He also congratulated and conveyed best wishes to new team of Office Bearers.
Outgoing Chairman Mr. D. S. Chaudhari, Chairman 2024-2025 take short review of his tenure. New Chairman, Mr. Sunil, Mate talked about his vision and activities to be done in coming year. Mr. Piyush Pinjani & Mr. Karan Pawar was the Master of Ceremony while Hon. Secretary Mr. Rajaram B. Hajare proposed the vote of thanks.
