Mr. Ashok E. Atkekar has completed his Civil Engineering and is also a Certified Energy Manager(Ministry of Energy – Government of India). Mr. Ashok has also been a Deputy Executive Engineer for 12 years and then Contractor for the last 40 years. He is also on the Evaluation of Construction Tradesman since 2002 with Builders’ Association of India, Pune Centre and CREDAI – KUSHAL. Mr. Ashok E. Atkekar is the present Vice Chairman of the Builders’ Association of India, Pune Centre in the year 2019-2020.

He is Founder Member and served as Vice President for more than 6 years, for Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF). He has served PCERF as its first President.

He has successfully completed his two assignments of BAI; i.e. as Chairman of Golden Jubilee Celebration and Chairman of XIV All India Builders Convention held between 12 - 14 December 1991 @ Pune. He is Founder Member and served as Vice President for more than 6 years, for Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF). He has served PCERF as its first President.

Mr. R. R. Dhoot was the Past Chairman of the Builders’ Association of India Pune – Centre in the year 1987 - 1988. He has been one of the most active Members of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune. Mr. R. R. Dhoot has been a General Council Member of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune for 8 years since 2005– 2013.

Mr. Jassu Panjwani has been associated with the Builders Association of India – Pune since 1996. Mr. Panjwani was the Chairman Builders Association of India- Pune. Mr. Jassu Panjwani Became the Maharashtra State Chairman of the Builders’ Association of India in the year 2005 - 2006.

Mr. Sham Chunkhare has completed his Civil Engineering in the year 1972 from Pune. He is a Member of Builders' Association of India, Pune Centre last 42 years. Mr. Chunkhare was Hon. Secretary of BAI Pune Centre for the period of April 1994 to March 1996. He was also the Centre Chairman of BAI Pune Centre for the period April 1998 to March 1999. At present he is a Managing Committee Member and is also appointed as Advisory Committee Chairman for Constitution Amendment Committee.

Mr. S. Shetty has been an active Member of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune. Mr. Shetty is also a General Council Member of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune for the year 2005 - 2006.

Mr. Suresh Moorjani has been the Chairman of Builders’ Association of India – Pune in the year 2005-2006. He was the Hon. Secretary of B.A.I. for year 2003-04 & 2004-2005. Mr. Suresh Moorjani has also been the Vice Chairman of BAI Pune. He is also a Member of Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF).

Mr. Mahesh Mirani was the Chairman of the Builders’ Association of India, Pune Centre in the year 2015 – 2016. He is also an active member of Builders’ Association of India, Pune Centre. Mr. Mirani is also associated with Pune Construction and Engineering Research Foundation. He is also a General Council Member of the Builders’ Association of India, Pune Centre. Mr. Mirani is also a member of the Platinum Jubilee Committee.

Mr. Suresh Moorjani has been the Chairman of Builders’ Association of India – Pune in the year 2005-2006. He was the Hon. Secretary of B.A.I. for year 2003-04 & 2004-2005. Mr. Suresh Moorjani has also been the Vice Chairman of BAI Pune. He is also a Member of Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF).

Dr. R. B. Krishnani is General Council Member in Builders Association of India - Pune. Mr. Krishnani has completed his P.H.D. in Construction Industries. Dr. R. B. Krishnani was also the Chairman of Builders Association of India - Pune in the year 2007-08. Builders Association of India - Pune has honoured Dr. R. B. Krishnani with 4 awards for BEST WORKMANSHIP AND TIMELY COMPLETION OF PROJECTS UNDER WELL BUILT STRUCTURE.

Mr. Shivkumar V Bhalla is an active Member of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune. Mr. Shivkumar V Bhalla is also an Executive Committee Member of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune for the year 2019-20. He is also associated with Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF).

Mr. Jaykishan B. Pinjani has been an active Member of the Builders’ Association of India Pune - Centre. Mr. Pinjanihas been the Hon. Treasurer ofthe Builders’ Association of India Pune for the year 2005 - 2006 and years 2007 - 2009. After that Mr. Jaykishan B. Pinjani was the Hon. Secretary of the Builders’ Association of India Pune – Centre in the year 2009 – 2010 and again in the year 2013 – 2014.

Late. Amar Mulchandani has been the West Zone Vice President of Builders’ Association of India in the year 2007 – 2008. He is also associated with the Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF). Mr. Mulchandani has been associated with the Builders’ Association of India Pune Centre since a really long time. He was the Vice President of the West Zone.

Mr. K.L. Jolly has been an active Member of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune. Mr. K.L. Jollyis also a General Council Member of the Builders’ Association of India – Pune for the year 2005 -2006.

Mr. Vishwas Lokare has completed his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. He has also been a past chairman of Builders' Association of India – Pune. He is also a Member of Architects Engineers Surveyors Association and Indian Concrete Institute, Pune.

Mr. Pradeep L. Garge has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Pradeep L. Garge was the Vice Chairman of Builders' Association of India – Pune in the year 2017-18. He was also the Joint Secretary and is also a General Council Member. Mr. Pradeep L. Garge has been the Chairman of Builders' Association of India – Pune for the year 2018-19.
